Chief Executive Officer — Coleman Bradley

Coleman Bradley has served Zero Emission Systems as Vice President and a member of the Board since 2017.

MANAGING DIRECTOR — Adrian Schaffer

Adrian Schaffer is a tenured global transportation executive with extensive product and technology leadership in manufacturing, electrification, telematics and powertrains. He specializes in strategic growth initiatives within the mobility industry.

Mr. Schaffer, previously, he served as President of North America at Ricardo plc for the Emerging Mobility Business Unit. Ricardo is an engineering firm known for providing solutions in the automotive and industrial sectors, particularly in electrification, fuel cell technology, battery management systems, and vehicle integration for global applications.

Mr. Schaffer has also held executive positions at Danfoss/UQM as Senior Vice President of Business Development, at Linamar as Vice President of Sales, and at Motorola as Global Director of OEM Sales.

His experiences at Motorola helped him gain valuable knowledge, opening doors to opportunities in emerging markets such as electronics, telematics, autonomy, fuel cell technology, energy, sustainability, and mobility engineering.

director of Operations — Terry Potts

Terry is an experienced ops and production manager and has years of  experience working for Can Am Custom Trucks, Fontaine Modification, Freightliner (Production/Engineering), and Cummins Atlantic.

Director of Applications Engineering — Wayne Turnbow

Wayne Turnbow has been involved with Zero Emission Systems from the beginning of the development process. Mr. Turnbow co-founded Energy Management Corporation, an electrical motor and controls company. He also developed irrigation controls for the agricultural market.

director OF ENGINEERING-SOFTWARE & CONTROlLERS — JUSTIN GOEGLEIN

Mr. Goeglein started Exro Vehicle Systems in 2021 with a partner then purchased business and became CEO in June 2024 as SwitchBox. Previously Director of May Mobility startup and developed 2 new vehicle platforms in 12 months and Chief Engineer at New Eagle

director of Engineering-hardware — Walter Mitchell

Walter is Graduate of New York Institute of Technology with over 30 years of experience working in  both a low and medium rate manufacturing environment.

He has 19 years of direct “turnkey” vehicle manufacturing experience which includes the design of  vehicle chassis, suspension components, engine accessories, body components and vehicle sub systems utilizing various Computer Aided Design applications including CATIA, Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks.

He has in depth experience and knowledge of production fixturing design and manufacturing, as well  as “Intra Manufacturing” Quality Control processes and requirements.


Consulting Engineers

SwitchBox

SwitchBox has a cross-functional team which allows for a fully integrated and efficient design and build of the hybrid system. Their team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers specialize in electrification of vehicles in a rigorous automotive development process.

Additionally, their service model is unique in providing flexible and collaborative design for production and development of intellectual property for the customer. They are committed to bringing in and training CHI engineering team as they are hired and built out. This will allow for a jumpstart of the system for production while also providing a clear path to ramp out as support is n handled internally.

Finally, SwitchBox is led by Justin Goeglein, Founder and CEO of SwitchBox, who has intimate knowledge on this system design, its advantages, previous implementations, and contributed to the development of the technology over the last decade.

Chief Advisor/Supply chain — Brendan Riley

Brendan serves as President and Director of the Green Power Motor Company. He has over 28 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, Material Handling, Fleet Sales and Operations. He has  overseen the launch of dozens of commercial EV products and the delivery of hundreds of various types of EVs.

Chief Advisor/Battery Technology — Dr. Marshall Miller

Dr. Miller manages University of California Hybrid Vehicle Propulsion Systems Laboratory. His work focuses on advanced technologies and fuels to increase fuel economy and reduce emissions in the transportation sector.

Chief Advisor/Brand Development — Tave Campbell

Tave is the lead consultant for Tave Campbell Insight/Strategy. Working as a brand development strategist for more than 30 years, Tave has helped cultivate and evolve brand   strategy for both Fortune 1000 and new/emerging companies.
